What does AREKIE mean? Arekie is the unexpected fusion between Latin and Indian food.
'AREpa' (pre-cooked corn flour dough, formed into a patty and filled with your choice of ingredients) and 'franKIE' (homemade Indian flatbread grilled and stuffed with a variety of delicious fillings and seasoned to suit your taste).
Arekie started with the sparkle of our love of world travels and the craving of having the delicious Latin and Indian food in a street style. After looking for it everywhere, and trying different restaurants, we came up with the idea of a fusion cuisine food truck, so people can enjoy Latin and Indian food in a very unique and different way.
Our mission is to provide the community with a tantalizing food cart experience, with the authenticity of the common street food we have grown up with. So for the very first time in Pacific Northwest you will be able to enjoy Latin food with the touch of Indian flavored spices. Arekie’s delicious and healthy fusion food will become an addiction for any who tastes it.
